As a coach & consultant has shared the stage with thought leaders like John Maxwell, Joel Bauer, Guy Baker, Magic Johnson & Nick Vujicic.

As the CEO of Phoenix Enterprises from 2005 to 2013, Jason gathered a portfolio of failing companies and properties and led a series of turnarounds. Overhauling marketing, pricing, and customer service, and leveraging technology, he took multiple businesses from the brink of bankruptcy and transformed them into market leaders that continue to dominate their space today. His KPI-focused coaching led to a 1,850% increase in profit and 100% increase in customer base. Jason continues to serve on this company’s Board of Directors. From 2002 to 2005, Jason held the role of AVP Premier Banker at the Bank of America. He guided numerous clients with multimillion-dollar accounts to exceeding their financial goals across real estate, bonds, and equities.

Beginning his first career, Jason earned international acclaim as an opera singer. Based in Los Angeles, he was featured in movies, soundtracks, television shows, commercials, and live concerts at such venues as the Getty, Princeton, the Kodak Theatre, the Los Angeles Opera, and Pebble Beach.  As he rose to the industry’s top tiers, he was honored to sing and share the stage with one of the Three Tenors, opera legend Plácido Domingo. He has been seen on ABC, CBS, FOX, TLC, and the Discovery Channel, featured in the LA Times, and heard on Business FM. Jason’s meteoric rise came to a crashing halt when he was semi-decapitated, barely surviving. The accident left his right vocal cord, hemidiaphragm, and arm paralyzed. With the best doctors in the world assuring him he’d never sing again, Jason had to choose between tragedy and triumph. His story is compelling and inspiring.

The oldest of eight, Jason was a leader from a young age. He was a National Merit Scholar, Varsity Letterman, leader in the Student Council, and recipient of a full scholarship to Wabash College. Jason holds a BA in Vocal Performance & Theater from San Jose University and is an Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) licensed financial advisor.
